After reading article after article, this one was quite amazing.

The summary of the article and the video and the conclusion is that;

1. teenVogue is a 'inclusive community'

2. 'social activism'

3. “Teen Vogue is so much more than just a magazine. It's so much more than just a website. It's so much more than social it's really about the audience and so we're going to continue to innovate and continue to find new ways of reaching this audience in meaningful ways,” Welteroth said. “And watch this space because we're just getting started. It's a movement.”

4. AUDIENCE

From looking at this article I managed to find some 'big' popular who are well linked with teenVogue to help me understand why they are who they are.

Elaine Welteroth

2. The first black beauty director at Teen Vogue in 2012

3. In a nut shell - a boss a*s b*tch

4. “One day I got ballsy and decided to change the title in my email signature from Editorial Intern to Production Assistant. Boom, just like that: I got my first promotion, albeit fraudulent.” Then there was the time she challenged the decision of Condé Nast – delivered by Wintour – to promote her to editor-in-chief with an insultingly small and allegedly non-negotiable pay rise, asking: “Doesn’t this seem contradictory given that this company publishes stories every day encouraging women to advocate for themselves and to negotiate their salaries?”

An intetesting thing happened when I was doing my research. As I read each blog and article, more and more different blogs were featured which lead me to very interesting topics such as;

1. #MeToo

2. Activist Mommy

3. Scary Mommy

4. Guides to anal sex

5. Vagina Diagram & Anatomy: everything you need to know

All of these topics above came out of 1 article. Each article had references to others. I was definitely hooked on. This shows clearly that I am their targeted audience and whatever they are doing - they are doing it right. I began my research by looking at who is Elaine Welteroth to watching teen Vogue on their YouTube channel about Billie Eilish and her fans survey to finally ending up looking at anal sex and hair. All of this without even trying. One thing lead to another.
