People were quite weird about the fact that I went to both the Sex museum and the Erotic museum. Interestingly enough they were two very different and had very different experiences.
Sex Museum;
It was all about having a laugh and it was the 'traditional' or should I say the 'touristic' sides of Amsterdam such as the Red Light District. It was fun and very enjoyable as, they had interactive installations which was good as it made the experience much nicer.
Erotic Museum;
It was much more educational. In fact that was the first ever original 'sexual' museum. It was so cool because they spoke about different cultures and how they see sex and they're point of view. There was information about perfume bottles and how/why they are sexual. It was much more open about different types of sex and fetishes.
They were both amazing experiences. I would do it all over again. It really inspired me for this Teen Vogue brief. It opens your mind up about sex and how many different experiences you can have.
