Espadyasantacruz Studio is a creative studio specialised in generating innovation and design projects applied to brand communication. Based in Madrid since 2011, they use technology to design projects that help creative ideas to develop. They have some amazing work, very interactive, different, looks simple, but I believe would be hard to make and create. Their ongoing research makes every point unique. The are involved throughout the creative process, from the research stage to the manufacturing of the final products, installation, film or digital experience.

I though this was an amazing idea. Personally, I always fall asleep when I go on a long car journey. I find it smoothing and relaxing. People say they get annoyed when they are in a car because of the traffic, but really it's a great way of talking to the person you are with, getting to know them or solving an issue. Anyways, this wasn't the point. It's a brilliant idea to use it and create this product. The reason it's great is because it works and it's simple.
Example 2 - Light kinetics loop

This is another brilliant idea. There's no purpose for it, as in it's not a product you use everyday or need. However, it's a great experience, it's also quite satisfying to watch and relaxing. The system is powered by Unity 3D that simulates the forces that apply to the virtual corpuscle.
Example 3 - P-ng

This is not new. This is using something that already exists, but refreshing it and updating it. It's a great experiment which shows you that nothing is new anymore. Everything is remixed and re-done many times by many people. When I see products like this it really makes me want to focus on things that I like and then just changing elements in them that I wished were there.
After this, we pitched our three ideas and people were amazing with their feedback as I was stuck in a hole. I had no idea how to move this forward and develop it.
Overall, I believe today's session was pretty good. I didn't feel good, but the feedback we received from everyone were brilliant and they really helped. Note to self - always look for feedback to improve your work. You can easily become immersed by your own work, which will limit you to your creativity.
